Summary: We love staying in this neighborhood while visiting our daughter at UT. The area is great for a walk or run with restaurants close by. Short drive to UT. The house presents a cozy atmosphere with one bedroom and a loft over the kitchen/LR area. Host was very easy to communicate with and I had no problem extending our stay and adding a third family member. With those two changes, we realized that the house can be a tight fit for three adults and it would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchen. The house can sleep six people but it would be challenging.

Summary: This place was super cute and comfortable to stay in. The host was great and allowed us to check in a little before stated time as we arrived a bit earlier to town. The kitchenette is well-equipped, but this means there is no stove or sink (other than the bathroom). However

Summary: The house is charming! Beds were comfortable. AC was frosty, WiFi was fast. Water pressure was good, temp was nice and hot. It was everything we hoped for. Amazing rental!
